I am Dr. Alka Chopra Madan. For more than thirty-five years I have worked with the part of a person that circumstance never manufactured — the meta-human. Metaphysics is the discipline that studies it. This practice is where it is put to use.
The human is the part assembled from memory, role, injury and expectation. The meta-human is what remains when that assembly is set down — awareness that observes rather than reacts. Both are present in everyone. Drag the threshold and watch the same four moments change meaning.
Life read through what has accumulated.
Drag the threshold, or use the arrow keys.
Meta-human is used here as Dr. Alka Chopra Madan's metaphysical and philosophical concept. It is not offered as a biological, medical or scientific classification.
Coaching improves performance. Therapy treats disorder. Neither is designed to ask what remains of a person when performance and disorder are both set aside. That question belongs to metaphysics, and it is where this doctorate lands.
Nothing here adds another identity, discipline or belief system to the ones you already carry. The method removes what was borrowed until what is actually yours becomes legible again. People often describe the result as relief rather than achievement.
The framework behind a session is precise. The session itself is a conversation — plain language, no ceremony, no requirement that you hold any particular belief. Engineers, physicians, founders and grandmothers sit in the same chair.
These frameworks were formed across decades of holistic practice, spiritual education and running businesses — grief, litigation, payroll, family. A metaphysics that only works in silence is not yet finished.
Each one was developed by Dr. Alka and each does a different job. Concept Clearing is the gateway. AAO is the passage. Living from Origin is the grounded state you carry into daily life.
Before anything can be arrived at, the terms have to be cleared. Most suffering runs on inherited definitions: what love is, what success owes you, what a good daughter does, what silence means, what healing should feel like. These were installed young and have never been examined since.
Concept Clearing takes the concepts you are actually living by and holds each one up to the light. Not to replace it with mine — to let you see whether it is yours at all. It is the entry point to AAO because the passage cannot be walked in borrowed language.
Origin is not a destination and not an ascent. It is the position you occupy when you stop moving away from yourself. AAO is the method for getting there, developed across decades of one-to-one work and set down in the AAO book series.
It centres on observed silence — not forcing the mind quiet, not performing spirituality, not collecting further techniques. Reduce the distraction long enough and the distinction between what belongs to you and what was merely acquired becomes obvious without effort.
Arriving at Origin is not about withdrawing from life — it is about how you return to it. Living from Origin means meeting work, family, grief, and decisions from your own centered reality rather than from inherited conditioning.
Calm and clarity are not artificially forced or induced. When you remain seated in your authentic origin, steady presence becomes your natural baseline even in difficult rooms and demanding situations.
The four movements of AAO are a sequence, though people rarely walk them in a straight line. Most return to the first one many times, and that is the work behaving correctly.
Stop adding. Watch the thought, the reaction, the role and the pressure without immediately doing what they say.
Begin separating your own response from habit, fear, inheritance and other people's expectations of you.
Reconnect with the quieter centre that was underneath the identities the whole time, unhurried and unimpressed.
Go back to work, family, grief, money and love — carrying steadiness instead of trying to manufacture it.
These are not separate services. Each is the same work — clear the concept, observe, differentiate, arrive — entered through a different door. Sessions are held in Fremont and online.

EnquireThe books are not companion products to the practice — they are where the frameworks are set down in full. The AAO series is the spine; the earlier titles are the inquiry that led to it.

My work sits at an unusual intersection: metaphysical study, spiritual inquiry, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and decades of listening to people navigate the plain difficulty of being human. I have run companies and buried people I loved. Both taught me the same thing.
I do not position myself as the person holding your answers. My role is to create conditions in which you can see more clearly, hear yourself more honestly, and become steadily less dependent on anyone else's reading of your life — including mine.
AAO is the clearest expression of that. The meta-human is who it is addressed to.
Grief, confusion, strain at home, pressure at work, spiritual questions — or only the sense that you have drifted some distance from yourself. Any of those is a legitimate first sentence.
